Rooted in Lived Experience

Jennifer grew up in the Deaf community with a Deaf father. American Sign Language is not a trend or a tool — it is a complete language and a cultural gift from the Deaf community.

As a former ASL interpreter and professor with over 15 years in early and special education, Jennifer bridges literacy and language in a way that is both heartfelt and academically grounded.

Her visits reflect both professional expertise and personal story — helping children understand not only how to sign, but why language access matters.
